Carmenere. Dark red colour, treasured for its supple berries, plum, cherry and notes of spices, dark chocolate, tobacco and leather. Medium bodied, well structured with soft tannins.
Food Pairings:Excellent to be enjoyed on its own, with pastas, risottos or all types of meats.
