Öküzgözü, one of the indigenous and prestigious wine grape variety used for Anatolian wine making tradition for centuries. It is now on its well deserved place after being produced as a varietal wine by Kavaklıdere. Selected with care, from the best vineyards in Elazig, Öküzgözü grapes are processed with a production technique that brings out the best of its character.

This elegant and structured wine is matured in French oak barrels for 10 months and a potential to age well fuither in the bottle its contributing with its persistency and depth. It matches well with grilled lamb chops, stewed meet, deli meat and strong yellow cheeses. Recommended to be served at 17-18ºC.
