Bourgogne is best known for its use in white wine Muscadet under the Muscadet appellation close to the city of Nantes.
Tasting Notes: Translucent with hints of silver. A bouquet of white flowers combined with a fresh lemony citrus fruit. Exceptionally fresh and rounded and generally very palet-pleasing. Wine & Dine: Serve as an aperitif of with grilled fish of fish in sauce, especially in Nantes beurre balance, as well as fowl in sauce and goat’s cheese.
