Product Story: This is a grape variety of Burgundian origin; a cross of Gouais Blanc and Pinot Blanc. Hardly existing in its region of origin, Melon de
Bourgogne is best known for its use in white wine Muscadet under the Muscadet appellation close to the city of Nantes.

Tasting Notes: Translucent with hints of silver. A bouquet of white flowers combined with a fresh lemony citrus fruit. Exceptionally fresh and rounded and generally very palet-pleasing. Wine & Dine: Serve as an aperitif of with grilled fish of fish in sauce, especially in Nantes beurre balance, as well as fowl in sauce and goat’s cheese.
