Product Story: This wine is made from 100% Gamay from the Fleurie Hills between the villages of La Madone and
Pioncé, where this Fleurie has benefited from the southern exposure of the vineyards, ensuring
maximum sunshine.

Tasting Notes: It gives a delicious fresh, perfumed wine with flowering notes of iris, violet, wilted rose and peach.
Ripe supple tannins and fresh acidity support a palate of Morello cherries and bitter dark chocolate.

Food Pairings: Suitable for winter roast lamb or chilled for summer roasted / grilled chicken or pork.
