The story of Kavaklıdere Wines began in 1929 in Ankara, in the heartland of Anatolia, agreed to be the birthplace of wine.

Kavaklıdere 1929 is a single vineyard wine, whose saltiness reflecting the calcareous soil of Güney Plateau, is in harmony with its elegant texture. It is complex with dark forest fruit aromas, attractive oak notes followed by leather, tobacco and licorice notes, and is well integrated with its ripe and strong tannins. To reveal the rich aromatic profile of Kavaklıdere 1929, it is recommended to be decanted before consuming. It is best served at 17-18° C and matches perfectly with spicy sauced red meats, game and aged strong cheeses.
